Which materials do you use for reactors?
We fabricate reaction vessels in stainless steel (such as SS 304 and SS 316) and in mild steel, chosen to suit your process fluid and budget.
Jacket or limpet coil: which should I choose?
Limpet coils handle higher heating-medium pressures and give good heat transfer, which makes them common with thermic fluid. Conventional jackets suit lower pressures and cooling duties. We can advise on your case.
Can you fabricate to our own drawings?
Yes. We fabricate to client drawings, or can prepare fabrication drawings from your process data for your approval.
Do you modify or repair existing reactors?
Yes. We add nozzles, repair jackets and limpets, and carry out other modifications.
