High process temperatures without high-pressure steam

A thermic fluid heater, also called a thermopack, thermopack boiler or thermal oil heater, heats a thermal oil and circulates it to your reactors, dryers, presses or heat exchangers. It can reach high process temperatures while running at much lower pressure than a steam boiler of the same temperature. For many plants that means simpler operation, less water treatment and no condensate losses.

Alice Engineering Works has designed and fabricated thermopacks for plants in Vapi, Silvassa and Daman for decades. Every unit is sized to your real heat load, fuel and space. We also check the complete circuit around the heater, including pumps, expansion and storage tanks, and piping, so the system delivers the temperature you need at the user end.
